Microsoft Excel Online Instructor
Description: We're looking for instructors who can teach Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Excel via web.
Pay: Starting at $40/hr
Responsibilities: Qualified candidates are responsible mainly for online Excel instruction to group of 20-25 adults. The qualified candidate:
- Will teach our Excel curriculum to group of professionals
- Will engage/answer a few student questions outside of instructional time
- Will facilitate Excel training in a webinar-style setting
Required Work Experience: Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years experience teaching or training adults in a professional setting. Teaching or training on other Microsoft programs is a plus. Teaching in an online setting is a plus but not required.
Skills: Qualified candidates...
- Must demonstrate advanced Excel skills
- Great communicator
- Ability to manage an online class with group of students
- Must be tech-savvy
- Must have MOS certification
- Experience with webinar-style platforms (i.e. Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or Clickmeeting)
- Macros, PowerPivot, PowerQuery and Excel Dashboards is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in teaching other Microsoft programs is a plus, but not required
Education
- Must have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience teaching/training in a professional setting or
- Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and have 5+ years experience teaching/training in a professional setting
Work Type: This job is for independent contractors only (1099).
Work Hours: The hours are flexible since we typically work with our instructors to schedule the next set of classes. Our classes are typically once or twice per week and depending on your schedule we may be able to schedule multiple classes.
Job Commencement: We are looking to hire qualified candidates on a contractual basis during 2023.
