Our Outlook training begins with basic email skills, composing and understanding the fundamentals of emailing through Outlook. The MS Outlook online class also covers the Outlook Calendar, Tasks, Contacts and integrations with Teams. The Outlook training is taught through Zoom by a live experienced Microsoft Outlook instructor and meets twice per week.

Stop relying on awful YouTube videos and register for our online Microsoft Outlook Class & learn how to effectively use Outlook
On the first day of class, you'll learn how to navigate through Outlook and learn about the different features Outlook has to offer. You'll also become familiar with terminology that we use in Outlook.
On this day of class, we'll work on basic features when composing an email message. We will discuss simple ways to use text, attach files, create and use signatures and tips to use CC and BCC.
On this day, you'll get very comfortable with adding images, screenshots, tables, shapes, charts and spreadsheets in the body of your emails.
During lesson 4, you'll learn how to create your auto-respond email, how to use voting buttons, request a read and delivery receipt, delay your emails, organize your folders, create a group email, create rules, quick parts and more!
Lesson 5 will be dedicated to the Outlook calendar. During this lesson, you'll learn how to create recurring meetings, use categories, share calendars, use the scheduling assistant and how to use the calendar to become better at time management.
In our final class, we will discuss how to use contacts to create a group email, how you can use tasks to stay organized and how Teams and Outlook connect with each other while exploring other add-ons available in Outlook.

He has been teaching Microsoft Excel programs since 2010 and has extensive experience with live trainings, coaching and web classes. He earned in MS Office Specialist Certification in 2013. Allen has dedicated much of his time at Leadership Build creating a curriculum that will help professionals learn Excel quickly while applying those skills at work.

Joseph Ferrantelli has a Doctorate and Masters in Educational Leadership. He began teaching in 1982. He began working at Wagner College as an adjunct professor in 1984 and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Hunter College in 2014, where he teaches education courses. At Wagner, he teaches in two departments; The Nicolais School of Business, where he wrote the graduate and undergraduate Excel course curriculums and taught Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint for the Math and Computer Science Department.

Is this Microsoft Outlook class taught by a real instructor?
Yes. Our Microsoft Outlook Class is a 3-week long online Outlook training taught by a real instructor.
Does the Outlook class use pre-recorded videos or are these live sessions?
The online Outlook class is live and does not use pre-recordings unless it's part of a homework assignment.
Are the online Outlook sessions recorded for us to review afterwards?
Yes. The online Outlook sessions are recorded so that attendees can have access to the recordings afterwards. This is helpful for any students who happen to miss a class. They get a chance to view the recordings by accessing the Class page.

Does this online Outlook class include a Certificate?
Yes. Students will earn their Microsoft Outlook certificate upon completing a final exam after the last day of class.
What version of Microsoft Outlook do I need to attend this class?
The instructor for the Outlook class uses Outlook 2019 and Outlook 365. We recommend that students use Outlook 2016, 2019 or 365.
I Use Microsoft Outlook 2010. Should I still register for this online Outlook class?
Yes. Although our instructors will use newer versions of Microsoft Outlook to facilitate the online Outlook class, students can use older versions of Outlook and follow along with little obstacles. However, there are some differences between what is taught in the class and what students of previous Outlook versions may experience.
I Use Microsoft Outlook for Mac. Can I still take your Outlook class?
Our instructors use Outlook for Windows and as we know, there are minor difference in the user experience between Mac users and Windows users. Many of our Outlook students have taken the class, as Mac users, and have been able to follow along smoothly.
What happens after I register for your online class for Outlook? What can I expect?
Once you register for one of our online Outlook classes, you will have access to our Welcome video which will provide you with instructions on how to log in to our website. Additionally, you will receive a welcome email and your username and password to our website. Finally, you should expect an email with your receipt. As the first day of your Microsoft Outlook class gets closer, you will receive communication via email on how to access the classes from your instructor.
Registrants will receive emails with the Zoom link to access the live sessions. Additionally, reminders will be emailed prior to the live sessions.
Unfortunately, the dates of your online class do not work for me. When will there be another Outlook online class?
Registrants may be able to cancel up to 24 hours prior to the first day of class in order to be eligible for a full refund. To request a refund please contact us at [email protected]. Any cancellations that do not meet this requirement will not be eligible for a refund.
