On the first day of class, we'll begin by reflecting on the way that you naturally communicate, analyze the results of your communication styles assessment and reveal characteristics about our communication tendencies.
On this day of training, we will discuss the strengths of each communication style and reflect on the two dimensions of personality theory (the HDRQ Style model)
On this day of training, you'll be reflecting on the trouble spots of your communication style, discuss problems that your dominant style can create in the workplace and how different styles can at times clash.
In today's training class, you'll learn how to read the communication style of others by completing various exercises and understanding what to look for.
Get ready to learn ways to deal with people who have a different style as yours. In this lesson, you'll learn how to "flex" your style to communicate a lot better
During the last lesson, you'll practice how to read and flex communication styles by uncovering various scenarios that will help you apply what you learned beyond the training class.
